Beautiful location away from the city, with easy access to a hop on hop off bus. Large, clean room in a separate building. Helpful staff, even provided a take-away breakfast basket. Lovely pool and great breakfast selection.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the breakfast options were quite limited, and I expected a wider variety of choices.

Had a great time during my Christmas stay! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. This hotel is conveniently located close to Florence historic center, with a 15-minute downhill walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The breakfast is delicious and varied, with a wide range of options including pastries, fruits, meats, and cheeses. The hotel also has a terrace overlooking a pool, where you can enjoy drinks. Additionally, there is a restaurant just a five-minute walk away that is highly recommended.

We were thrilled with our stay at Park Palace. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful area just outside the city center. The bus stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore Florence. Our room in the annexe was lovely and spacious, with a nice period feel. The 20-minute walk into the city was a pleasant way to see the sights. The staff, especially Olianna on reception, were really nice too make us feel welcome and accommodated all our needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Florence.
